Occupied home staging packages:

 

LEVEL 1

            •Walkthrough evaluation with detailed client work lists for every room of the

             house and outdoor spaces to ready the home for pictures and showings.

             24 hour turn-around time. 

             Cost: $250

 

LEVEL 2

            Level 1 plus…

            •Staging the occupied home, utilizing both current home furnishings and

              additional items to make the home look its best for photos and showings.

            •Rental of provided items for six weeks included

            •Removal and clean up of provided items upon escrow or sale of the home.

            Cost: $595 with signed contract in furnished homes up to 2,500 square ft.

EMPTY STAGE

            •Price determined after initial consult depending on size of home, number of rooms               to stage, and other factors.

             

ADD ONS

            •Staging of additional empty rooms as bedroom, office, nursery, or mudroom

            with provided items for six weeks 

            Cost: $150 per room

 

            •Diffuser and essential oil package to make home smell inviting and clean

             Cost: $75

 

            •Square ft. above 2,500

             Cost: $150 per 500 square ft.

 

            •Travel expenses and time for North County and locations exceeding 20 miles from

              El Cajon.

             Cost: $75

 

            •Additional rental time of provided items beyond 8 weeks (entire stage)

             Cost: $200 per week

 

            •(Level 1 only) Itemized linked shopping list for supplemental décor to be purchased              by homeowner

             Cost: $50
